No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

No Refund Policy

At Lifted Visitation Services, we strive to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. Due to the nature of our services, we have implemented a strict No Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before booking or purchasing any services from us. You agree that you have reviewed the applicable refund policies and will not file any disputes or request chargebacks through your credit card issuer. If you do, this refund policy will be provided to demonstrate your awareness of the policy in Company’s defense against the request.

No Refunds

• All sales are final. Once a service is purchased, it is non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to supervised visits, monitoring, reporting services, and any other related services offered by Lifted Visitation Services.
• We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the service.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. While we do not provide refunds for cancellations, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
• Failure to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the session fee.

Exceptions

• In rare cases, at our sole discretion, we may consider refunds under extraordinary circumstances. Any such requests must be submitted in writing to support@liftedvisitations.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Disputes

• If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to an error on our part or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact us immediately at support@liftedvisitations.com. We will review your case and respond within 10 business days.
